Relationships can bring up wonderful feelings and also difficult negative ones such as anger, jealousy, frustration, fear, unhappiness, insecurity and much more.

If you are experiencing difficulty in letting go of someone, in a bad relationship or if you have remained single for too long for fear of getting hurt you may want to look at relationship coaching.

Is your relationship not working?

In long relationships we can become complacent and take the other person for granted, when the ‘honeymoon period’ is over, some couples struggle to build up the relationship, some seek guidance or marriage or relationship therapy.

If a relationship can be helped then it is worth the effort to try and save a relationship wherever possible. 

There are times however when the original purpose of entering a relationship is no longer valid,  has served its purpose or has entered into more dangerous territory which can then become upsetting, destructive and restrictive. 

I work with individuals and with couples, depending what is needed.   My aim is to help you:

  • resolve hurt or conflict; in the office or at home
  • increase mutual respect, understanding and empathy;
  • bring back love into your life and laughter;
  • understand and work through your resentment;
  • work with your differences;
  • embrace change
