I am Winniefred Carneiro, M.A, the founder of Wynsworld Therapies.

My spiritual journey began in 1994 when I trained as a holistic therapist and decided to leave my corporate career. By 1996, I had established my first holistic clinic, committing myself to this path ever since. Over the years, I have studied with mentors worldwide, immersing myself in spiritual practices and philosophies, retraining as a psychotherapist, and dedicating three decades to exploring Energy Psychology and the mind. My focus has been on unlocking the potential to shift mindsets and overcome obstacles to create fulfilling lives. Today, I integrate these practices to support clients globally, offering personalized one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and engaging talks both online and in person.
