By using the contact form or booking a service, you agree that Wynsworld Therapies may use your details to contact you by email or telephone.

Wynsworld Therapies is owned and operated by Winniefred Carneiro, MA.

Services include Holistic Integrative Therapies/ Intuitive specialist Consultations/ workshops, courses, webinars and digital educational resources. Services are available in the UK and internationally via secure online platforms.

Privacy & Data Protection

Wynsworld Therapies collects only information necessary to provide its services. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, postal address where required, booking information, contact-form information and newsletter subscriptions.

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange Discovery Calls, confirm appointments, provide services, process payments, maintain client records, send newsletters where consent has been given, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal information is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, using the applicable lawful basis, including consent, contract, legitimate interests or legal obligation. 

Information is retained only for as long as necessary. Typical periods include:

Contact enquiries – up to 12 months 

Newsletter subscriptions – until you unsubscribe 

Financial records – seven years 

Client records – in accordance with professional and legal requirements. 

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where appropriate, restriction or objection to processing, data transfer, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the lawful basis.

You may also simply request that your information be removed from Wynsworld Therapies' services where legally appropriate.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). 

Marketing Communications

Newsletters and marketing communications are sent upon contact or request for further information. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting info@wynsworldtherapies.com. 

Worldwide Online Services

Where services are provided internationally, clients are responsible for ensuring participation complies with the laws and regulations of their own country.

Clients are also responsible for having a reliable internet connection, suitable technology and a quiet, private environment for online sessions. 

Booking a Service

A free Discovery Call is strongly recommended for services over £100.

Taking part in a Discovery Call does not guarantee acceptance as a client. Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received, required documentation completed, and Winniefred Carneiro, MA has agreed to provide the service.

Wynsworld Therapies aims to respond to initial enquiries within five working days with available Discovery Call or service times.

Relevant service information and Terms & Conditions will be provided with the initial enquiry. Clients are responsible for reading these before booking. 

Payments

Payment is required in advance for appointments, workshops, courses and programmes.

Payment may be made by:

Secure bank transfer 

Stripe 

Credit or debit card through the relevant payment provider 

Wynsworld Therapies does not receive or store card details.

For bank transfers, payment must clear no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Appointments cannot be guaranteed until cleared payment has been received. 

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange individual appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Workshops, courses and events have their own cancellation terms, which are provided before booking and form part of the booking agreement. Clients are responsible for reading these before confirming their place.
