Worldwide Online Services
Many of our services are provided online and are available internationally. It is your responsibility to ensure participation complies with the laws and regulations of your own country.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have: a reliable internet connection; suitable technology; a quiet and private environment for sessions.
Booking a Service
If you require more information about any of the services provided please book a discovery call  For all Integrative Therapy and Coaching clients, a Discovery Call is required before commencing work together. This provides an opportunity to discuss your goals, answer questions and determine whether Wynsworld Therapies is the most appropriate service for your needs.
Where another practitioner or specialist service would better meet your requirements, an appropriate referral may be recommended.
Participation in a Discovery Call does not automatically guarantee acceptance as a client.
Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received and any required client documentation has been completed and Winniefred Carneiro, MA has agreed to take you on as a clientÂ
Winniefred Carneiro will get back in touch with you via email to offer you a range of timing for discovery calls and of services
Payments
Payment is required in advance for all appointments, workshops, courses and programmes.
Payments may be made by:
- Secure Bank Transfer – Ask for this option at the time of booking if this is your preferenceÂ
- Stripe
- PayPal (where available)
Credit and debit card details are processed securely by our payment providers.
Wynsworld Therapies never receives or stores your card details.
Where payment is made by bank transfer, funds must clear no later than 24 hours before your appointment.
Appointments cannot be guaranteed until cleared payment has been received.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
Credit and debit card information is never received or stored by Wynsworld TherapiesÂ
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange individual appointments.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Separate cancellation policies apply to workshops, courses and events.
These are supplied before booking and form part of your agreement with Wynsworld Therapies.
Clients are responsible for reading these documents before confirming their booking.
Refund Policy
Each workshop or course has its own booking terms and cancellation policy.
Should Wynsworld Therapies cancel an event participants will be offered either:
A full refund; or
An alternative date where appropriate.
Refunds for participant cancellations are governed by the specific terms issued for each individual workshop or course
Free Community Calls
Wynsworld Therapies is pleased to offer selected free community calls and online gatherings as part of its commitment to supporting personal growth and spiritual development.
Participation is voluntary.
In the spirit of sacred exchange, donations are warmly welcomed and deeply appreciated.
Donations may be made securely via Stripe or PayPal.
Digital Products
Recorded webinars, workshops, meditations, online courses and educational resources are supplied as digital products.
Unless required by law, digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.
All recordings audio and or video remain the intellectual property of Wynsworld Therapies.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, uploaded or resold without prior written permission.
Integrative Therapy & Coaching
Therapy and coaching are collaborative processes.
While many clients experience meaningful and lasting change, every individual is different and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and implementation of any guidance received.
Intuitive Consultations
Oracle Readings and intuitive consultations are offered as tools for personal reflection, spiritual insight and self-development.
They are not intended to predict the future or replace your own judgement.
All decisions remain entirely your own responsibility.
Readings/predictions are for entertainment purposes only
Energy-Based Approaches
Energy Psychology, Energy Healing and related holistic approaches are complementary wellbeing practices.
They are intended to support relaxation, emotional balance and personal development.
They should not be regarded as substitutes for appropriate medical treatment.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed during individual sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.
Information will only be disclosed where:
You provide your consent;

There is concern that you or another person may be at risk of serious harm; or
Professional safeguarding obligations require appropriate action
Professional supervision may occasionally be used to support best practice. Any discussions remain confidential and identifying information is removed wherever possible.
Online Sessions
Online appointments are conducted using secure video conferencing software.
Please ensure that you attend your session:
From a private location;
Free from unnecessary interruptions;
With a reliable internet connection.
Should technical issues occur, every reasonable effort will be made to reconnect or rearrange the remaining appointment time.
Workshops & Group Programmes
Participants are asked to respect the confidentiality of everyone attending.
Personal experiences shared within a group should remain confidential unless permission has been given by the individual concerned.
Respectful communication is expected at all times.
Recording Policy
Clients may not record therapy, coaching or consultation sessions without prior written agreement.
Where workshops or webinars are recorded by Wynsworld Therapies, participants will be informed before recording begins.
Recordings made available for purchase are licensed for personal use only.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information relevant to the services requested;
Participate respectfully and honestly;
Advise of significant changes affecting their wellbeing;
Take responsibility for decisions made between sessions.
